Mt Beadnell and Mt Lupin, 16km, 992m elevation gain, 8h 15m
A group of Ramblers rambled up an old trail, Roger’s Ridge Trail and up Mount Beadnell and Lupin Mountain.

Even with access issues, the trail was in decent shape. It was tough to follow at times but otherwise the trail was great where it needed to be.

The trail was fairly steep, getting us into the alpine and onto the summit of Mt Beadnell quickly. The views on the way up were amazing. Lots of flowers were blooming but it was very dry up there.

We went down the back side of Mt Beadnell to make it a loop and found a Snowmobilers Cabin where we enjoyed our lunch away from the mosquitos.

After lunch we made our way to Mt Lupin. The view wasn’t as nice and after a quick rest at the summit, we made our way back to the vehicle.
Great day out in the mountains!
